Anegre is an African hardwood originating from Africa’s tropical East and West Coasts. Anegre veneers are widely used in furniture and cabinet making and admired for its pale creamy-yellow hue that displays subtly attractive hints of pink.
Ebony has a long history dating back to Ancient Egyptian times with the wood being used for the intricate carvings of the tombs of those times. It was also used by the ancient kings of India to make sceptres. It is a highly durable wood and exceptionally attractive, lending itself to high polishing, and beautiful wood veneers.
Oak is known as the king of the forest, and when it comes to natural wood veneers, it surely must hold the same title, with so many choices and stunning finishes to catch the eye.
