In October our Paul Read and 20 other eager cyclists made their way to the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca to make the journey from Cala D’or to Palma with the aim of raising money for Teens Unite and in memory of Gerry Couch who tragically passed away after a car accident in Mallorca in June 2015.
The journey lasted just over two days and the entire group of 21 cyclists – including our Paul – made it to the finish line. Check out the short video for all the twists and turns along the way!
Collectively a thoroughly amazing £15,000 was raised for Teens Unite, a charity dedicated to improving the lives of young people aged 13 to 24 with cancer and other life limiting illnesses.
The charity holds fun days out on a regular basis and provides ongoing long term support for teens, whether they are undergoing treatment or in remission.
