It is always a pleasure to work alongside skilled and respected craftspeople. On this occasion we were privileged to be a part of a project that involved some exceptionally renowned names.

KWB London, premium joinery specialists known for crafting bespoke kitchens, furniture and fitted interiors.

Anthology, a residential developer based in London with a unique approach to getting to know each of its customers personally, and to putting the community first.

Wates Construction, a large, privately owned construction, development and property services company; family run with a commitment to becoming a trusted partner in the built environment and leaving a positive legacy for the communities in which they work.

Karakusevic Carson Architects, an award-winning specialist in public housing design and major public projects across London and the UK.

The project? 198 private apartments for Hoxton Press. And they were exceptionally high end.

Our job was to veneer a selection of wardrobe doors and bathroom panels for each apartment. We used American quarter cut oak, an elegant, fine-grained veneer that is known for its eye-catching and sophisticated finish. The wardrobe doors needed to be perfectly matched for the ultimate in stylish consistency. Some were two-door, some three, some four, some six.

The bathroom panels were used for the built-in vanity units, adding a striking, naturally beautiful finish to an ultra-contemporary bathroom space.
